Commonly used for
PDF with bleed is the preferred format — export at 3mm bleed on all sides, 300 DPI, with crop marks. We also accept AI and InDesign files with linked images packaged. If you only have a Word document or low-resolution file, our design team can prepare a print-ready version for you at an additional design fee. All files must include your actual logo at full resolution, not a screenshot.
Silk (semi-matte) is the more versatile choice — it reads as refined and professional without being garish. It works well for property brochures, corporate credentials and NGO materials. Gloss makes colours more vivid and saturated — better for consumer products, fashion and event promotions where visual impact matters more than subtlety. If your brochure contains a lot of photography, gloss tends to make images pop. If it is text-heavy or uses muted brand colours, silk is usually the better choice.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. For orders under 500 units, we can often deliver in 3 days. Express 24-hour printing is available on standard DL and A4 tri-fold sizes for orders up to 1,000 units, subject to current production capacity. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm availability before you commit to an order.
Yes. Provide your logo, brand colours, text content and any images or photography you want used, and our design team will create a print-ready layout. We present the design for your review and revisions are included. Once you approve the layout, we proceed to print. Design is quoted separately based on complexity — ask for a combined design-and-print quote when you send your brief.
Minimum order is 100 units per design. Volume pricing applies at 500 and 1,000 units — the cost per unit drops significantly at these thresholds. For multi-event campaigns or ongoing distribution, ordering in larger quantities and storing stock reduces your per-unit cost and ensures you never run short before a deadline. Ask us about staggered delivery for large orders.
