Pakeji parasols use dye-sublimation printing directly into the canopy fabric — the same UV-resistant process used in high-end outdoor flags. Unlike screen-printed canopies that crack and peel, dye-sub colour is permanent and maintains vibrancy through repeated sun exposure, rain and cleaning.
The aluminium pole and cross-base frame is built for daily commercial use — rated for sustained outdoor deployment, not just single events. The wind vent at the canopy apex allows air to pass through, preventing uplift in windy coastal and open-air conditions.

Why our colours don't fade
Cheap parasols are screen-printed on the surface — UV breaks down the ink coating within months. Our dye-sublimation process bonds colour molecules into the fabric weave itself. There is no surface layer to crack, peel or bleach. The result holds under sustained direct sun across multiple seasons of outdoor use.

Not with our process. Screen-printed canopies fade because UV radiation breaks down the surface ink layer — this is what happens with cheap imported parasols after a few months outdoors. Our dye-sublimation process embeds colour molecules directly into the polyester fabric weave, so there is no surface layer to degrade. The colour remains vivid under sustained sun exposure across multiple seasons. For permanent restaurant or hospitality installations, this is the only print method worth specifying.
Our parasols include a wind vent at the canopy apex — an opening that allows air to pass through the canopy under gusts, significantly reducing uplift force. The cross-base frame can be weighted with sandbags or water ballast for additional stability on open, exposed surfaces. For permanent patio installations with consistent wind exposure — such as beachfront or open-air restaurant settings — we recommend ground-anchor bolt bases, which we can discuss when you send your brief.
Standard round canopy diameters are 2m, 2.5m and 3m. The 2.5m is the most common choice for restaurant and hospitality use — it shades two to four seats comfortably. Square canopy options are available for specific table configurations. For large patio covers requiring multiple parasols deployed as a row or cluster, we can ensure colour consistency across the full order.
