Yes. We deliver to all 36 states plus the FCT. Orders are sent via reliable logistics partners and tracked to delivery. For time-sensitive events in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano or other major cities, we recommend building in at least 2–3 additional days beyond the production timeline for transit. For very large or urgent orders outside Lagos, contact us and we will discuss the fastest available shipping option and confirm realistic arrival before you commit.
Send your event brief via WhatsApp or our contact form. Include: event date, event location, list of items needed (approximate quantities), and whether you have artwork or need us to design. We respond with a consolidated quote covering all items within 4–8 business hours. For large-scale activations or ongoing corporate accounts, we offer account pricing reviewed based on volume and frequency — ask about this when you send your first brief.
For a standard package — tents, banners, flags, print — the minimum realistic lead time from artwork approval is 7–10 working days, with 2–3 days added for delivery outside Lagos. For complex fabricated items like 3D signage or large tent structures, add 3–5 additional days. Contacting us at least 3 weeks before your event gives us comfortable room to deliver without express charges. If you have less than 7 days, contact us immediately — we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Yes. Provide your logo, brand colours, event name and any copy or photography you want included, and we create print-ready artwork for your approval. Design is quoted separately and the turnaround is 24–48 hours for most standard items. Revisions are included. For large multi-item packs where design consistency across all items is critical — tents, banners, flags and print using the same layout — we treat the whole package as one design job for efficiency and visual coherence.
